Challenge 1: Invoice Reconciliation
The CEO was spending 10 to 15 hours every month manually reconciling invoices. The process involved opening each PDF, extracting key data by hand, and copying it into a spreadsheet organized across multiple tabs — all before the accountant could even begin generating reports.
